At MiniWheelsBox, we take pride in carefully selecting and packaging every diecast model. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Returns

• Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and received, we will process a refund or replacement.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging imperfections (common in collectibles)

  • Opened or used items

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
